Break through the product after-sales service policy

1. After sales service policy

1) The product warranty period is three years;

2) In case of performance failure within 7 days from the date of receipt, customers can be provided with return, replacement or free maintenance services;

3) In case of performance failure within 8-15 days from the date of receipt, customers can be provided with replacement or free maintenance services;

4) If the product has performance failure for more than 15 days from the date of signing, it can provide customers with free maintenance service;

5) In case of performance failure beyond the warranty period from the date of receipt, customers can be provided with paid maintenance services. Only cost fees will be charged for damaged parts and replaced parts.

2. How to obtain after-sales service

1) When the customer finds that the product has a fault, he can call the after-sales service hotline, and the customer service staff will check the fault phenomenon and customer information;

2) If the product purchased by the customer meets the after-sales service policy, the customer can mail the product, copy of shopping voucher, fault phenomenon, contact information, etc. to the place designated by the company.

3) The round-trip freight generated during the warranty period shall be borne by the company from the date of receipt, and the round-trip freight generated beyond the warranty period shall be borne by the customer;

3. The following situations are not within the scope of after-sales service

1) Dismantle or refit the product without authorization;

2) Damage caused by failure to use in accordance with the explicit requirements of packaging and instructions;

3) Damage caused by human factors, such as burning marks, improper operation damage, missing components, broken connecting wires, non genuine products, immersion, falling and any suspected human damage;
